How is access to Receive, Issue, Return and Transfer managed?

The ability to enter data for Receipts, Issues, Returns and Transfers into or out of a warehouse's inventory is managed by listing the permitted Users into the Warehouse Users field within the Licence Record.

This control allows the user to only view the locations related to a Licence.

The following screen shows the Licence record wherein the Warehouse User field is located.

Whenever a Location is selected within the following processes, the location shown is restricted by the current User existing within this field.
  1. Receive Items
  2. Issue Items
  3. Return Items
  4. Transfer Items
