In order to generate the Bid Tab report correctly, the quoted line items are sorted and grouped by Vendor, and then by Quotation Number, and Option. The lines are then sorted by line item of the quote.

This enables multiple quotations from the same vendor, for different options.

If your bid report is not sorting correctly, it is most likely that you have inadvertently used the same quotation reference in both quotes. 

This can often happen when cutting and pasting from another document.
