How do I Complete an MR?

Completing a Material Request.

A Material request is completed when one of two things has happened.

  1. The items requested on the MR have all been issued from Stock, or 
  2. The Non-Stock Items have been received and are located in a storage area or bin.

The status of the respective items can be viewed on the MRI Detail Screen as seen below.

Note the four fields at the bottom :

  • MR Qty - Original requested Qty
  • Inventory issues
  • Direct Receipts
  • MR Balance to Issue
