Vendor Quote Items States / Lifecycle

A Vendor Quote Item goes through two different states, 

  1. When a Vendor Quote Line item is first added by the Buyer on entering a vendor Quote, the line item has a status of Quote.
  2. After the Buyer accepts the line item, the status of that line item becomes Recommended Quote".
